    • Q: How long will it take to receive my order?

    A: Delivery timelines depend on whether the clothing items you ordered are in stock or are pre-order items, as well as your shipping destination:

    • Order Processing Time:

      • In-Stock Items: Processed and dispatched within 1–3 business days.

      • Pre-Order Items: Production and sourcing timelines vary. Please refer to the specific estimated arrival date listed on the product page or your order confirmation.

    • Shipping & Delivery Time (Once Dispatched):

      • Hong Kong & Mainland China: Usually takes 1–3 business days via local express courier (SF Express).

      • International Shipping: Takes 3–5 business days via Express Courier (DHL/FedEx/UPS), or 7–14 business days via Standard International Shipping.

    We accept returns or exchanges for eligible clothing items within 14 days from the date you receive your package. To be eligible for a return or exchange, your items must meet the following criteria:

    • The clothing must be unworn, unwashed, and unaltered, with all original tags and packaging still intact.

    • Items must be free of any stains, makeup, pet hair, or distinct odors (e.g., perfume or cigarette smoke).
